Our story

Team Harker are walking a half marathon, as a family for Crohns and Colitis! When I was 18 years old I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis and Crohns disease and after 6years, I am unfortunately still not in remission, so is a cause we hold close to our hearts. We would be extremely grateful and appreciative of any donation and support you can give to help continue the important work done by Crohn’s and Colitis UK.
