My WALK IT is back for a second year

This June we’re inviting you to take on a 5km, 10km, half marathon or marathon challenge in and around your local area, garden or even on your treadmill!

Take on your own challenge, your own way, and join us to raise awareness and funds to help support those affected by Crohn’s and Colitis across the UK. Every step you take will be helping us move one step closer to finding a cure.

Step 1

Click ‘Sign up’ and join My WALK IT today! Complete the individual sign up process and register for FREE! We’ll create your very own JustGiving page so you can start fundraising straight away! You’ll also receive a FREE My WALK IT t-shirt in the post!

Step 2

Choose a distance, pick a day (or days) in June to complete your challenge and plan your route in advance!

Step 3

Spread the word and start fundraising! Share your story and tell your friends, family, neighbours, and colleagues about your challenge. Download and share our handy  social media resources with a link to your JustGiving Page.

Step 4

Link your JustGiving page to your Strava app on your smartphone. Your page will automatically update every time you complete an activity, and your sponsors can see how you are getting on!

Step 5

Take on your challenge wearing your my WALK IT t-shirt! Make sure you tag us on social media before, during and after so we can see how you are getting on! Twitter @crohnsandcolitisFR or Instagram @crohnsandcolitisuk Don’t forget to use the hashtag #mywalkit

Step 6

Celebrate completing your challenge! Remember, if you raise £150 or more in sponsorship we will send you a medal after the event.
